Shipping policy

DOMESTIC

All domestic orders will be delivered via UPS Ground within 3-5 business days after production. Free shipping is available within the contiguous United States for orders over $250 USD.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders will be delivered via DHL Express within 4-6 business days. Free shipping eligibility is based on total spend and location.

Customers can now pre-pay potential duties and taxes during checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes vary by country. If duties and taxes were not pre-paid at the time of order placement, either by choice or because pre-payment is unavailable in the delivery destination (or for any other reason):

(a) The amount of duties and taxes displayed under the pre-payment option at checkout is only an estimate and may not reflect the actual amount charged by the broker, carrier, or relevant authority, which could be higher than the estimate.

(b) You will be fully responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes directly to the relevant authority as determined and assessed by them. Rivmont Atelier and its partners will not be liable for any discrepancies.

Furthermore, if you fail to pay any duties and taxes without reasonable cause, causing the liability to fall on Rivmont Atelier, the carrier, or any third party, the amount of such duties and taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.
