Fittings and Consultations

What should I expect during the initial consultation?

During your initial consultation, we discuss your style preferences, occasion needs, and design options. We also take your measurements and select fabrics to begin creating designs for your garment.

What are the different stages of fittings?

- Consultation Fitting: The first step to establish your preferences and take measurements.
- Verification Fitting: A second fitting, if necessary, to ensure measurements are accurate before production.
- Perfection Fitting: The final fitting to refine and perfect the garment for final delivery.

What is the typical timeline for creating a custom garment?

The timeline depends on the specific needs of each client:
  • Standard Production: Our normal turnaround time for production is 4 to 5 weeks. (Check out our Timeline Example)
  • Event Styling: For events requiring extended styling services, we recommend starting the process at least 3 months in advance to ensure every detail is perfect.
    If you need an expedited service, please let us know—additional fees may apply.

    What is the investment for a custom garment?

    Our garments are crafted with meticulous attention to detail and the finest materials, reflecting both quality and artistry. Final pricing depends on fabric choices, design details, and additional services requested.

    When is payment due?

    Payment is required upfront to begin production. However, we can accommodate split payments upon request, with a 50% deposit required to initiate the order and the remaining balance due before delivery. Please discuss this option with us during your consultation.

    Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

    Due to the bespoke nature of our work, cancellations are not possible once production has begun. Please review all details carefully during the initial consultation.

    What if my garment needs adjustments after delivery?

    We strive to deliver garments that fit perfectly. If minor adjustments are needed, we can assist through our seasoned tailors or recommend trusted local options.
