RETURN POLICY

Returns

Rivmont Atelier aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order being delivered.
  • The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the item tag attached in the original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during the return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.

 

Please note:

  • Finished custom garments cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature and the personalized design process.
  • Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items purchased online are not returnable in person.
  • In-person purchases are only refundable in person.
  • Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
  • Store credit for the online shop will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
